This semester has been great! We have been SO busy. Printmaking, drawing, painting, glittering, weaving, chalk pastel, oil pastel, colored pencil, collage, sculpture, charcoal, artist trading cards, Andy Warhol, Hollie Chastain, Dale Chihuly...these are some of the things (and artists) that have kept us busy! This semester I tried three "bootcamps" in the middle school and high school classes; colored pencil bootcamp, charcoal/chalk pastel bootcamp, and collage bootcamp. They. Were. Awesome. The goal of the bootcamp is to "level up" the student's skills, wherever they are when he or she starts. Good work, students!!
